How to Download and Install Arabic Language Pack for Windows 7 Ultimate
Windows 7 Ultimate is one of the editions of Windows 7 that supports multiple user interface languages. This means that you can change the display language of Windows 7 to Arabic or any other language that you prefer. Download the Arabic Language Pack
The Arabic language pack for Windows 7 Ultimate is available as an optional update in Windows Update. To download it, follow these steps:

Click Uninstall display languages.
Select Arabic, and then click Next.
Follow the rest of the steps to uninstall it.
After you uninstall the Arabic language pack, you can hide it in Windows Update so that it does not appear again as an optional update. To hide it, follow these steps:
Click Start, type Windows Update in the Search programs and files box, and then click Windows Update in the Programs list.
Click Check for updates.
Right-click the Arabic language pack under the Windows 7 Language Packs category, and then click Hide update.
